BOOKBAY RETURN POLICY
Wrongly Supplied Items
If you receive a physical copy or hardcover book that was wrongly supplied by Bookbay, you have 5 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please include a Stamped bank confirmation letter for any Direct Deposit/EFT/Instant EFT purchases, a copy of the invoice supplied, and a note indicating the reason for returning the products. The returned items must be in mint condition and show no signs of being used. To request a replacement for the wrongly supplied item, please email us at returns@bookbay.co.za. Please note that there are items that cannot be returned, as outlined below.
Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or broken item, please notify us at returns@bookbay.co.za within 21 days of accepting the delivery. In your email, include the order number, date of order, and the purchaser’s name. Our team will promptly arrange for our courier to collect the product, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We will then replace the damaged item with another copy of the same product, which we will courier to you free of charge. If another copy of the same product is not available, we will provide a full refund.
Items that You Can't Return
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
Digital Content: This includes ebooks, .pdf and .epub files, audiobooks, .mp3 files, and download links that serve such content (including .acsm files).
Cards: Gift cards or voucher cards cannot be returned, except as required by law.
